Location: Boston, MA– On-site
Contract to potential hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00/9:00 AM – 4:30/5:30 PM
Pay: $32.00–$34.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to manage employee schedules for a large union workforce. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining weekly schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and administering scheduling practices in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to manage employee schedules for a large union workforce. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining weekly schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and administering scheduling practices in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain weekly employee schedules.
- Manage schedule changes, callouts, and staffing coverage.
- Ensure compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
- Maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Communicate with employees and operations staff regarding scheduling needs.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- 2+ years of scheduling or workforce coordination experience.
- Experience with scheduling software.
- Experience scheduling a large workforce (350+ employees preferred).
- Knowledge of overtime rules and reporting pay.
- Union scheduling experience and familiarity with job bid processes are a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook).
