Home Health Registered Nurse
Full-Time | $36–$65/hr | Boston, MA
Join our client, One of Boston’s community health centers with its own home health and visiting nurse program for an exciting opportunity!
As a Home Health RN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, create and manage care plans, coordinate with physicians, and support patients and families through recovery. You’ll have independence, flexibility, and the chance to make a real difference in the community.

What You’ll Need:
- Active MA RN license
- Experience in adult or geriatric care preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Bonus: multilingual in Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, Haitian Creole, or Vietnamese
