Job Description
We are seeking a* Senior Level Recruiter* who MUST have experience in healthcare to assist in recruiting for a Hospital in* Lawrence, Ma*.
*Must Be Fully Vaccinated Already*
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Nurses, Nursing Assistant, Raspatory Therapists
- Managing large REQ load
- Develop recruitment strategy and manage recruitment flow
Qualifications:
- MUST have Clinical Recruiting Experience
- Proven success as a recruiter
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 to 5 years’ experience with recruitment and human resources
- Must Be Fully Vaccinated Already
Pay: Starting at $35/hr
Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm Hybrid
