Join Our Client's Team as a Residential Counselor!
Do you have a passion for helping others? Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Residential Counselor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment and enjoys making a difference in people's lives.
Job Type: Temporary, potential to become direct hire
Available Shift:
- Fri-Mon 11pm-7am (part time)
Location: Boston, MA
Rate: $22.28 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the residence is safe and orderly.
- Engage in relationship building and conflict de-escalation.
- Document observations and incidents accurately.
- Assist with inventory, food storage, and office tasks.
- Conduct safety checks and wellness rounds.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn about Addiction/Recovery and Harm Reduction.
- Must be CPR certified (or willing to obtain upon hire).
- Complete TB screening (or willing to obtain upon hire).
Preferred:
- Experience with nonviolent crisis intervention and milieu management.
- Knowledge of issues faced by individuals experiencing homelessness and substance use.
