Job Description
We are seeking for a * Residential Counselor* to assist a non profit in the efforts of assisting individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use, and mental health challenges, who may also face multiple barriers to housing.
Location: Onsite, Boston MA
Job Description:
- The Residential Counselor enforces all policies and procedures related to maintaining a safe and appropriate residential environment.
- The Residential Counselor accurately document observations, encounters, incidents, and engagements with clients during your shift.
- The Residential Counselor assist in maintaining daily house records, including the setup and use of daily house logs.
- The Residential Counselor provides assistance with daily office and administrative functions e.g. filing, phone coverage, reception.
