Registered Nurse
Job Description
Our client it seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients while collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Hours: Multiple shifts available!
Location: Boston, MA
Salary: $45-50/hour
Duration: temporary (3+months)
Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes promptly
- Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
- Assist with medical procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- Satisfactory knowledge of the scientific theories and principles of nursing.
- Communicates effectively through oral reporting and documentation.
