Position Details:
- Location:Â Travel throughout Boston, Hybrid Work Environment
- Salary:Â $75,000 - $80,000 per year
- Schedule:Â Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
- Duration:Â Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough home visits to assess and monitor patients’ health and well-being.
- Develop personalized care plans that reflect the unique needs of each patient.
- Evaluate vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, temperature) and administer medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and support for each patient.
- Document patient histories and conditions to ensure comprehensive and accurate care records.
What You Need to Join Us:
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) is preferred, but not required
- Prior home care experience is a must!
- Valid driver’s license for travel to patient homes
- A heart for compassionate care and a passion for making a difference!
