Job Title: Temporary On-Site Recruiter
Location: On-Site
Duration: 3-Month Assignment
Pay Rate: $26 per hour

Hire Partnership is partnering with our client to bring on a Temporary On-Site Recruiter for an immediate three-month engagement. This role will support high-volume hiring of customer service professionals who play a critical role in supporting our regional train system and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume customer service roles

  • Proactively source and conduct outbound outreach to build candidate pipelines

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations

  • Coordinate interviews and partner closely with hiring teams

  • Guide candidates through each stage of the process, ensuring a positive and professional experience

  • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive timely hiring decisions

  • Accurately track candidate activity within the ATS
What We’re Looking For

  • Recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or customer-facing environments

  • Strong communicator who can confidently engage candidates by phone

  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and outreach

  • Organized and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

  • Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented

  • Target start date within the next two weeks
