Protocol Scheduler I
  • Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Salary Range: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:

Our client, a leader in cancer care and research, is seeking a Protocol Scheduler I to join their clinical research team. In this role, you will coordinate patient appointments for clinical trials, ensuring they align with trial protocols. This is a crucial back-office position that directly supports patient care and clinical research, requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient assessments, treatments, and tests as required by clinical trial protocols.
  • Work with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical research staff to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Provide clear communication to patients and caregivers about appointments, treatment plans, and instructions.
  • Organize telehealth visits as per protocols.
  • Contribute to process improvements in scheduling systems.
  • Maintain patient data confidentiality.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical trials is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information.
