Job Description
Our client, an HR franchise location for a well-known retail company is currently looking for a Payroll Supervisor to manage a large payroll department. Multistate payroll experience is required.
No covid vaccinations are required for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a payroll department that runs weekly payroll for 1700 individuals.
- Handle tax filling and year-end reporting.
- Compile payroll information for the General Ledger.
- Use ADP software extensively, ensuring employees are on task supervising the process.
- Interact with franchise GM’s and employees
- General payroll duties
Requirements:
- Payroll supervisory experience
- ADP experience
- Multi-state payroll and knowledge of payroll laws from different states
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
