We are seeking a Patient Experience Representative to work in the Radiology department at a well known healthcare organization in Boston, MA
Job Responsibilities:
- The Patient Experience Representative will be Checking patients in/out and scheduling patient appointments/rescheduling.
- The Patient Experience Representative greeting patients and families as well as reconciling payments.
- The Patient Experience Representative answers phones directing calls/answering questions when needed.
Qualifications:
Medical Receptionist Experience is needed.
