Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to work at a well-known retail franchise headquarters in Westborough, MA. Great team and office environment -- no vaccinations are required.
Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm - fully onsite
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and compliance for new hires.
- Manager a high volume of new hires, mostly from out of state.
- Assist with benefits and Affordable Care Act paperwork.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of Human Resources/ Office Assistant experience
- Multi-state human resources experience is a plus!
- Microsoft Office experience including Excel
- Strong communication and technical skills
