Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to work at a prestigious hospital in Boston, MA.
Monday - Friday 8:30am- 5:00pm - Hybrid
Location: Boston, MA
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding new hires, checking background checks, onboarding paperwork, I-9's, making sure they are cleared.
- They onboard 40-80 people every 2 weeks so very high volume.
- They will assist with new hire orientation as well.
- Scheduling interviews.
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- ICIMS Experience is a Plus!
- Onboarding Experience Is A Must
- Strong computer skills with ability to use a variety of computer systems including, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
