Ready to step into a leadership role where you can make an immediate impact? We’re seeking a motivated HIS Team Leader to guide EHR processing operations, support a dynamic team, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of electronic medical records across systems like Epic and PowerChart.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, train, and support a team of up to 14 staff
- Assign and monitor EHR workflows for accuracy and compliance
- Perform audits and ensure data integrity
- Troubleshoot system and documentation issues
- Support reporting, process improvements, and team performance
- 3+ years of Health Information Services (medical records) experience
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with Epic, PowerChart, or similar EHR systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Full-time
- Fully onsite training (minimum 3 months)Â
