Gift Shop Lead in Boston!
Onsite in Boston Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay Rate $25-$26 per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused Gift Shop Lead to support daily store operations in a mission-driven, healthcare-focused environment. This role blends retail, service, and purpose—creating a welcoming experience for patients, families, and the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm, attentive customer service
  • Support sales through thoughtful product recommendations
  • Oversee daily operations (opening/closing, staffing support)
  • Manage inventory, restocking, and merchandising
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store
  • Update and manage e-commerce product listings
  • Track sales trends and support reporting
  • Assist with basic financial reconciliation


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of retail or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • Healthcare or patient-facing experience is a plus
