Job Description
Very busy HR department in world class Boston medical center looking for Executive Assistant for Senior VP of HR. This role supports a team of
6-8 with primary responsibility to VP. Will be scheduling appointments, keeping calendar, making travel arrangements including foreign travel, planning conferences, and booking national events. Must be able to interact with senior management within medical center as well as senior medical contacts throughout world. Department looking for professional, polished executive assistants who can offer 7-10 years experience at this level. Senior MSOffice required.
