Job Description
Are you ready to take on a rewarding new role with competitive pay? Our client is seeking dedicated Direct Care Workers to join their team in a group home setting. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges, we want to hear from you!
Location:
- Group Home: Charlton, MA
Shifts Available:
- 2nd shift (2pm-10pm), 24 hours per week working on Tuesday-Thursday.
Competitive Pay: $25/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with ADLs: Help individuals with activities of daily living including hygiene, grooming, toileting, wheelchair assistance, and food preparation.
- Support Diverse Clients: Work with both verbal and non-verbal clients, providing the necessary support for their day-to-day activities.
- Physical and Behavioral Assistance: Assist clients with physical or behavioral challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Transportation: Drive clients to and from appointments as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Professionals: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Direct Care Worker.
- Licensed Drivers: Must have an active driver’s license.
- Qualified Candidates: Must have a high school diploma or GED.
