Job Description

Location:Â Cambridge, MA
Hours:Â Monday-Friday, 15-20 hours per week (flexible scheduling during business hours)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely, thoughtful donor acknowledgments that strengthen relationships
- Maintain and update the donor database with accuracy and care
- Create personalized donor communications and support fundraising appeals
- Research new donors and potential funding opportunities
- Partner closely with the Director of Annual Giving to support fundraising goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience in non-profit development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Donor Perfect or similar platforms.
