Location: Hingham, MA (Hybrid)
Pay: $18.75/hour
Our client is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills and an interest in healthcare support.
What You’ll Do:
- Process inbound faxes from providers, verify prescription details, and update system records
- Follow up with providers to obtain missing information
- Transition to handling ~20 inbound provider calls per day after training
- Remote work experience (preferred)
- Healthcare background (strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
- Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Training: First 4 weeks onsite in Hingham, MA (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
- After training: Primarily remote, with one onsite day per month
