Job Description
Are you a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a passion for patient care? Our client is looking for experienced CNAs to join their dynamic team at a long-term care facility in Chelsea, MA. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
Shifts Available:
Part-Time 3rd shift positions: Weekends required, with various shifts available to fit your lifestyle.
- 3rd shift: 11pm-7am - 32 hours - every other weekend required
- 3rd shift: 11pm-7am - 24 hours - every weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday)
Pay Rate:
- $25/hour
Paid Training:
- Tuesday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
- Sunday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, providing direct care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Daily Living Assistance:Â Help with bathing, dressing, feeding, and other daily activities.
- Mobility Support:Â Assist with the transportation and mobility of patients as needed.
- Health Monitoring:Â Observe and report changes in patient health status.
What We're Looking For:
- Certified Professionals:Â Active Massachusetts CNA license required.
- Experienced Candidates:Â Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care.
- Reliable Team Members: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Team Players:Â Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Compassionate Caregivers:Â Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care.
