Transit Passenger Survey Specialist – Mandarin Speaking
Location: Boston
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Hire Partnership is seeking Mandarin-speaking candidates for a 6-month transportation survey project across the Greater Boston area. In this role, you will approach passengers on train lines, commuter rail, bus routes, and ferries to conduct short surveys using a tablet about their recent transit experience.
Candidates must be comfortable interacting with the public, walking between transit locations, and meeting daily survey goals. Flexibility is important as survey locations will change and may include bus stations, subway stops, commuter rail, and ferry terminals throughout the project.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
