Job Description

Revenue Integrity Charge Capture Analyst I (Hybrid 1-2 days in office- Massachusetts residents only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days in office
Type: Temporary (3+ months) with potential to move into a direct hire opportunity
Pay: $27.60/hour

Hire Partnership is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a detail-driven Revenue Integrity Charge Capture Analyst I. If you enjoy solving puzzles, working with data, and making sure things are done right the first time, this role plays a key part in keeping the revenue cycle accurate and running smoothly.
You’ll help ensure hospital charges are captured correctly so patients and insurance companies are billed accurately and in compliance with regulations. Ideal for someone with early revenue cycle experience who is comfortable in Epic and ready to grow.
What You’ll Do
  • Ensure charges are entered accurately and completely
  • Maintain the Charge Description Master (CDM) to meet regulatory and payor requirements
  • Review billing and coding for compliance (including CMS guidelines)
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve charge capture errors
  • Enter back charges manually when needed
  • Monitor work queues and support clean claim submission
  • Partner with Patient Accounting and Revenue Cycle teams to prevent billing issues before they happen
  • Support reporting and data needs for operational decision-making

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience (billing, coding, charge entry, or data work)
  • Epic experience is required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors
  • Familiarity with medical terminology

Bonus Points For
  • Experience maintaining a Charge Description Master (CDM)
  • Knowledge of CMS billing and coding rules
  • Hospital or physician billing experience
  • Strong Excel skills
