Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Team Lead to work at a Medical Call Center in the Longwood Medical Center Area for an Evening Shift.

Responsibilities:
- The Call Center Team Lead will prepare trainees to succeed in their jobs, while monitoring progressive performance throughout.
- The Call Center Team Lead will teach all aspects of programs according to the client guidelines.
- The Call Center Team Lead will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years of call center experience
- Must have call center lead or management experience.
- Must be flexible and able to work am/pm schedules and maybe a rare weekend schedule.
- Self-Driven, motivating.
