Hire Partnership is looking for a Recruiter for our client located in Cambridge, the Recruiter will be recruiting for Administrative, IT, Finance, and communication roles.
· Responsible for coordinating interviews between candidates and internal managers
· Review resumes, administer assessments, reference, and background checks
· Maintain communication with candidates throughout full recruitment lifecycle
· Assist with other HR and office activities, as needed
· Bachelor’ s Degree preferred but not required
· 3+ years of recruiting experience
· Experience with full life cycle recruiting
· Excellent communication skills
