Our client located in Boston is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Office Assistant to assist with the executions of the company’ s programs and administrative work in this new and thriving department.
· Assistance in developing management programs
· Support with events, conferences and trainings
· Calendar maintenance and scheduling meetings
· Maintenance of email communications and website updates
· Administrative and office duties as needed
· Bachelor’ s Degree preferred but not required
· 1-2 years of office support experience
· Strong knowledge of MS Office
· Background in events and conference planning desired
