A reputable health insurance company is looking for dedicated and friendly Member Service Representatives to join their growing team! This is a great opportunity for anyone who is passionate about customer service and the medical field. The ideal candidate will have a least one year of healthcare experience and have worked in a call center setting before.  

Responsibilities include:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in regards to member' s information and claims
  • Setting up new files within the database
  • Responding to new member' s inquiries by reviewing previous inquiries and responses; gathering and researching information; assembling and forwarding information; verifying customer' s understanding of information
  • Building customer relationship and the customer opportunity with each interaction

  • The Member Service Representative must have 1+ years of inbound and/or outbound call experience
  • At least one year of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
  • Professional phone manner and outgoing, friendly personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immediate availability
  • Proficiency with MS Office
