Requirements:
  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

 

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting candidates
  • Answering telephones and helping with general HR questions
  • Organizing and filing company documents according to regulations
  • Scheduling and organizing meetings and events
  • Posting and editing job advertisements
  • Pre-screening external candidates, interviews and new hire paperwork
  • General office work
