Hire Partnership is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President and CFO for our client in Medford.
· Provide calendar management and scheduling for the President and the CFO
· Coordinates the logistical components of events including reserving conference room space, ordering catering, and guest lists
· Arrange and plan domestic and international travel
· Process experience report
· Provide back-up support to the CEO as needed
· 3+ years of Executive experience
· Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of MS Office Applications including, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word are required
· College degree preferred but not required
