We are looking for a Executive Assistant to join our team at a non-profit organization! This position involves heavy calendar management for both internal and external meetings. Another major responsibility is to maintain the CEO’ s network of key leaders in the corporate, government and university communities. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a fast paced environment supporting a C-level executive. Strong project management, communication and Microsoft Office skills are required.

  • The Executive Assistant will be managing the CEO’ s calendar and daily schedule
  • Will be coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements
  • The Executive Assistant will be acting as the primary liaison between the company and their clients
  • Drafting correspondence and preparing marketing folders for presentations/meetings
  • Reviewing confidential correspondence and public information materials; follows up as needed

  • Bachelor’ s degree required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • High level of proficiency using Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Thrives in dynamic and uncertain environments; excellent time management skills, works well under pressure managing competing priorities while staying focused and calm
  • Superb communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior executives from a variety of industries
  • Ability to compose and edit correspondence
  • Decisive, independent, detail oriented, resourceful and polished self-starter
