Our client in the greater Boston area is searching for a professional and savvy individual to provide excellent customer service at their Call Center! This Call Center provides a very hip work environment, where they are looking for someone smart and outgoing to join their team.

The Customer Support role we are hiring for requires confidence in the ability to multi-task and speak to a wide demographic of people from across the country.

Specific activities include but are not limited to the following:

-Respond promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to customer service inquiries for issues such as troubleshooting, installation, or product usage questions

-Process orders and special shipments such as replacement parts

-Achieve first-call resolutions while always maintaining a friendly, patient demeanor over the phone with our customers-Communicate with exemplary interpersonal skills in the workplace

-Comfort with technology and ability to provide technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software is critical-Ability to work well independently and also in a team environment
