Our client is looking for numerous Customer Service Associates to join their team. The ideal candidate has a personable phone manner, a great work ethic, prior experience doing phone customer service work. The Customer Service Associates are responsible for maintaining customer relationships by responding to phone inquiries and taking the appropriate actions.

 

This role is a great opportunity for customer service professionals to gain experience in the medical field!

 

The successful candidates will have the following attributes:

·         2+ year' s exposure dealing with high volume call intake

·         2+ customer service experience

·         The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment

·         Available to work on weekends and flexible schedules is a must!

·         Bilingual preferred but not required
