Our client, a growing security organization, is looking for a customer service/collections representative that has 2-3 years of collection experience! The ideal candidate has Central Station experience, as well as Business to Business experience.

Duties would include:
  • Managing customer accounts and initiating collection phone calls.
  • Problem solving and dispute resolution of billing issues.
  • Creating Excel reports including agings and consolidated invoices.
  • Follow up with assigned accounts.Daily/weekly updates on status of accounts.

  • Should have at least 2-3 years of collections and A/R experience.
  • Must have Business to Business Experience!
  • Central Station Experience!
  • Strong Excel skills are required.
