Call Center Operator

Our client, a growing security organization, is looking for a customer service/collections representative that has 2-3 years of collection experience! The ideal candidate has Central Station experience, as well as Business to Business experience.
Duties would include:
- Managing customer accounts and initiating collection phone calls.
- Problem solving and dispute resolution of billing issues.
- Creating Excel reports including agings and consolidated invoices.
- Follow up with assigned accounts.Daily/weekly updates on status of accounts.
- Should have at least 2-3 years of collections and A/R experience.
- Must have Business to Business Experience!
- Central Station Experience!
- Strong Excel skills are required.
