Hire Partnership as an opening for an Administrative Associate for a client located in Newton to help support several different departments. This is a great opportunity for a Recent College Graduate who is looking to start their career!

 

Responsibilities:

·         Sitting at the front desk and answering incoming calls and greeted clients

·         Plan, organize, and coordinate departments meetings and special events

·         Provide general administrative support including: filing, scheduling appointments, and assist with invoicing.

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’ s Degree is required

·         1-2 years of administrative or office experience

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
