Our client, a thriving pharmaceutical company, is currently looking for a bright, articulate and outgoing Administrative Assistant to support multiple staff members. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, superior communication, organizational and multitasking skills; working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; and must demonstrate a dedication to providing outstanding customer service. Candidates will be responsible for answering and routing incoming telephone inquiries, calendar management, travel and assisting with a variety of projects as needed.

·         Knowledge of medical terminology is ideal

·         Must have experience with PowerPoint and Excel

·         Bachelor' s Degree required

·         Successful experience doing high-end administrative work
