Administrative Assistant needed for our client in Waltham! The Administrative Assistant will support the President and will be the first point of contact for telephone and walk-in visitors to the office.

·         Managing calendars and coordinating certain events

·         Maintaining the reception area and order all office supplies

·         Greets all visitors

·         File expense reports and invoices

·         Other administrative task as needed



·         High School Diploma

·         1-2 years of office support experience is required

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Must have access to a car

·         Proficient in MS Office Suite
