Our client in Downtown Boston is currently looking for an Office Manager to assist the staff in their fast-paced office!
- Ordering office supplies
- Calendar management and day-to-day scheduling
- Expense reporting
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- General administrative support throughout the office
- Bachelor’ s degree preferred but not required
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
