Responsibilities:
  • Consistently achieve sales goals selling products and services
  • Personalize air reservations at point of sale using RightRez Travel Software
  • Deliver an excellent experience on calls with travelers
  • Drive customer loyalty and referrals, and communicate details about products and policies

 

Qualifications:
  • Experience in the travel industry is an absolute requirement
  • Working knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.)
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness and availability to work various shifts, including one day of the weekend
  • Empathetic, persuasive, and focused on building customer relationships
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting performance metrics
  • Team player with strong customer service skills
