As a Software Support Specialist, you will provide user friendly solutions in an open, fast paced environment. In this role you will provide technical support and customer service working to resolve various issues related to technology.   Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality email and telephone support
  • Contribute improvements to department knowledge base
  • Document support activities
  • Perform work quickly and consistently
  Requirements:
  • 2+ years telephone support position with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Superior telephone etiquette
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills?
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Related experience training and troubleshooting
  • Strong sense of time management under minimal supervision
