We need Part Time Sales and Customer Support Representatives by October! MUST BE AVAILABLE 5: 00 AM to 9: 00 AM Monday to Friday. (Some weekends.)   We have full-time tech support positions open too! Hours are 9: 00 AM to 6: 00 PM.   The Sales and Customer Support role will perform a variety of tasks and have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility after demonstrating success in the position.   Inbound Sales Calls:
  • Consultative sales to customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding troubleshooting and product usage
  • Process orders and special shipments
  • Work with existing customers to upgrade and troubleshoot
  • Document customer service issues and procedures for resolution
  • Relay customer feedback to development team to improve product
  • Must be personable, organized, and energetic, over the phone
  • Aptitude for technology with a willingness to learn
  • Aptitude for providing technical assistance for basic consumer electronics and software
  • Effective communication skills via phone, email, and live chat. Strong writing skills are a must!
  • Proficiency with standard office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player who can work independently as well
  • Relevant work experience in sales or customer service is preferred but is not required
