A forward thinking and rapidly expanding start-up is looking for Customer Support Representative’ s to join their growing team. This company, designs, manufactures, and sells a line of home security systems.

 

This role requires a strong understanding of technology and the ability to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life. If you’ re willing to roll up your sleeves and work hard, this company will invest in you and train you.

 

Responsibilities include but aren’ t limited to;
  • Responding promptly, courteously, and knowledgeably to questions about troubleshooting, installation, and product usage
  • Processing orders and special shipments such as replacement parts
  • Achieving first-call resolutions while maintaining a friendly and patient demeanor with customers

 

Requirements:
  • Comfort and aptitude for technology - no degree required
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills with fellow employees
  • Ability to provide technical assistance for electronics and software
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

 

Shifts Available:
  • Morning Hours - 40 hours a week, 5: 00 am - 2: 00 pm
  • Office Hours - 40 hours a week, 9: 00 am - 6: 00 pm
  • Later Hours - 40 hours a week, 3: 00 pm - 12: 00 am
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sundays on a rotating shift
