An accounting firm on the south shore is looking for a receptionist. Interviews will be conducted face to face in Downtown Boston. Position will become permanent after three months. Hours are 8: 30 AM to 5: 00 PM.   Duties include, but are not limited to;  
  • Answering the phone, greeting clients, and booking conferences rooms
  • Electronic and manual processing and assembling of tax returns
  • Filing, scanning, and copying
  • Mastering software products used for time reporting and due date monitoring
  • Composing written correspondence such as letters, memos, mailings, and emails
  • Creating Excel spreadsheets to track and monitor information
  • Handling incoming and outbound mail and arranging for Courier services
  • Preparing new client forms including paper and electronic file set-up on various software systems
  • Maintaining and updating client information as needed
  • Manual and electronic filing of documents and client records
  • Handling highly sensitive and confidential materials
  Qualifications:
  • 3 years’ office experience
  • Bachelor’ s degree preferred, not required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical with the ability to problem solve
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
