Come join an award-winning team of Customer Care Representatives in a rewarding environment where you can make a real difference! Providing customer service for several hospitals and private practices, your responsibilities will include:
  • Answering calls from Hospitals, Doctors and their staff
  • Responding to inquiries and updating information
  • Transferring calls and taking messages
  • Using a database to research who to contact
Shifts are 8 hours long, starting at 2: 00 PM and ending at 11: 00 PM. Must be available to work on either a Saturday or a Sunday.   Requirements:
  • A clear, professional speaking voice
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule with rotating weekends
