We need a Legal Secretary who has experience in Estate Planning and Estate Administration. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and have exceptional organizational skills. Bachelor' s degree required.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proofreading and editing documents
  • Screening telephone calls
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Calendaring appointments
  • Making travel arrangements/planning client events
  • File set-up and maintenance
  • Photocopying and Scanning
  • Creating Estate Plan binders for clients
  • Scanning client documents into system
  • Time-entry and billing
  • Coordinating signings with clients
  • Update/manage client database
  • Design and complete electronic newsletter
  • Assist with miscellaneous special projects
  • Accounting for client assets and expenditures
  • Preparing Spreadsheets on Microsoft Excel
  • Other administrative duties
