A medical call center in Boston is looking for a Lead Customer Care Representative to help oversee shift activities and process inbound and outbound calls. If you are detail-oriented and focused on a positive customer experience you will fit right in with our clients’ strong company culture. Hours are 3: 30 PM to 11: 00 PM, Monday through Friday with possible/occasional coverage on weekends to cover vacations.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer urgent and non-urgent phone calls using computer-telephony integration
  • Provide information, document interactions, or schedule appointments using predefined scripts and templates
  • Monitor schedule and ensure service objectives are met

 

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years of group lead or supervisory experience
  • Basic reading and writing comprehension of the English language
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to speak with people from all walks of life
  • Detail oriented with a strong degree of accuracy documenting information during telephone contact
  • Cool under pressure when dealing with escalated calls
  • Strong discretion with confidential information
  • Bilingual a plus!
