Hire Partnership is hiring a Junior Recruiter!

We are a small Boston based, entrepreneurial staffing firm with great growth potential for the right person! If you enjoy wearing many hats, working in a fast paced environment and are very team oriented, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Source candidates from a variety of sources, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn, search engines, job boards, social media and external/internal databases
• Screen and assess candidates' fit for open roles
• Present screened qualified candidates to Staffing Specialists for review
• Consistently and accurately track metrics and provide reports on a regular basis
• Track sourcing activity in applicant tracking system
• Assist Office Manager with invoicing, payroll, and other administrative tasks

Qualifications:
• Proactive and enthusiastic
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• QuickBooks experience a plus
• Numbers oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills

Background/Education Background:
• Bachelor' s Degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of office experience
