Human Resources – Compliance Manager   In this role you will be an integral part of the Human Resources team!
Start date: Friday  April 8th
Hours: 8: 00am - 4: 30pm or 5: 00pm   Responsibilities:
  • Administration of HR policies and procedures
  • Calendar Management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws
  • Working with Occupational Health and All One Health testing applications
  • Coordinate drug and alcohol screening
  • Informing new candidates of their screening results
  • Other duties as assigned
  Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • 2 - 3 years’ experience
  • Familiarity with drug and alcohol screening and compliance
  • Experience with specimen collection preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills
