Our client is seeking a bright and dedicated Human Resource Representative to act as a liaison between HR Business Partners, managers and employees. As part of the HR Operations team, the HR Representative will work to ensure our client provides the right level of support to their customers.   Responsibilities
  • Respond to general questions from employees, managers, and HRBPs
  • Coordinate and present at New Hire Orientation
  • Handle administration for personnel transactions
  • Administer corporate employee programs such as spot awards and telecommunicating
  • Track Performance & Promotion budgets
  • Assist with special projects
  Requirements:
  • Minimum education required is a BS/BA degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR administration or HR coordinator/generalist duties
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Microsoft tools including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical, resolution and follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly dependable and motivated
  • Able to prioritize, multi-task and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
