Looking for a Front Office Manager for a great opportunity at a software firm! In this role, you will be providing administrative support for two regional VP’ s and their sales team.   Responsibilities:
  • Support Regional VP’ s and their sales team with daily clerical tasks
  • Heavy calendar management, scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations
  • Generating reports in Salesforce
  • Creating presentations and spreadsheets in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Organizing and replenishing office supplies
  • Ordering lunches and catering
  • Improving and implementing office policies and procedures
  Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
