Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating Meetings and Phone Calls
  • Scheduling and calendar management 
  • Planning and coordinating travel 
  • Managing correspondence
  • Taking phone calls and handling mail
  • Filing and organizing confidential materials
  • Generating interoffice memos, dictations, and letters 
  • Coordinating with residents and other support staff
  • Planning administrative office events 
  • Assisting with projects as needed 


Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Two years' relevant experience
  • Associate' s or Bachelor' s preferred (NOT required)
  • Must be highly polished and professional
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
