A Hospital in Boston is hiring an Executive Assistant to support their VP of Trust Operations. This is a contract position with a duration of three months. Strong possibility of long term extension, or becoming a permanent role!   Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings for supervisors
  • Preparing travel arrangements as necessary
  • scheduling conferences, seminars and other department sponsored programs or events
  • Assisting VP with special projects and preparation of complex reports and documents
  • Collecting information from diverse sources, performing calculations, creating charts, graphs, spreadsheets, presentations and other related duties as requested
  • Maintaining departmental files, records and databases
  • Enters information from source documents into computer databases
  • Printing and distributing periodic reports, and other information as needed
  • Serving as a resource on departmental policies and procedures
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems and issues
  • Positive and effective customer service, providing cross-support for other executives as needed
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor’ s degree
  • 5 years’ experience of executive level administrative support
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships and follow through with stakeholders
  • Upbeat disposition
